The first
Hobby of the year made a couple of swift appearances over the Harholt Plantation, where a
Red Kite and a
Lesser Black-backed Gull drifted overhead and a
Willow Warbler was singing. Over in the CF sector, there was little out of the ordinary going on but of note were three
Swallows hawking, four
Mallards over the edge of the recording area and one of the local
Little Owls giving a brief call.
