Thanks to our contributors for keeping this website up to date and sharing your sightings. As well as appearing on the logbook page, the information is kept on our database which is sent annually to the London Bird Club and Surrey Bird Club.
It is easy for me to transfer sightings from the web submission form to this database and to the blog but it takes far more time to manually transfer tweets and personal messages. I make an effort to input tweets and messages that we do receive into the database but this isn't ideal, and I do not have time to also type them out for the blog, and I cannot guarantee that all such information received 'unofficially' will be collected. So please use the form on the website to send in your sightings to keep this going.
