Weather: WSW to SW f6-8, heavy rain in early hours, drier by afternoon with reduction in wind strength. Cool.

Storm Katie roared into Surrey during the early hours, felling trees, fence panels and garden furniture in its wake. What the first Northern Wheatear of the year thought of it all, who knows?
