General comments Sunset 21:21 (longest day of year)
Dusk Watch with a Bat detector:
considered Common Pipistrelle (45kHz) over Reads Rest Cottages (22:30)
& Canons farm barns although a (50kHz) stronger reading picked up over Canons farmhouse (23:00) could have been a Brown Long-eared bat but not seen. Fewer bats compared to a few weeks ago.
No owls seen/heard although probably about.

Lesser Black-backed Gull 1 flew SE over Poultry field (21:03)

General comments Outwood Lane Lagoon Update:
Due to recent heavy downpour showers- the lagoon has once again restored to a high water level BUT so far ALL aquatic life (including Moorhens) now devoid.
*NB- Still a healthy population of Water Boatman’s in the Holly Lane Cow Trough adjacent to Holly Lane Overflow Pond.
